Originally revealed in 2011, the Hussarya has been developed with design assistance from Lee Noble and the Technical University of Warsaw. Many of the styling cues appear to take inspiration from the Lamborghini Aventador, with sharp edges and scissor doors.
As expected, the company has embraced kevlar and carbon fiber to help keep the weight down to less than 2,900 pounds. The interior still gets a few luxuries that are omitted in some supercars, including a radio, air conditioning and leather upholstery.
The Hussarya will be powered by a 6.2-liter V8 mill built by General Motors, tuned to produce 650 horsepower and 604 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed manual transmission or optional sequential gearbox deliver power from the mid-mounted engine to the rear wheels, bringing a claimed 0-62 mph time of 3.2 seconds and topping out at 211 mph.
The company plans to begin production in the next few months, according to Autocar. Approximately 100 are expected to be built each year, with price tags around $160,000 USD.
