Details remain scant, though the Q70 promises to bring a “fresh look front and rear.” The new Q70L edition promises to provide five inches of additional legroom, “making it a luxurious sedan alternative to large crossovers.”
The stretched edition will be powered by the same powertrain options as the standard Q70, with a choice between a 3.7-liter V6 with 330 horsepower or a 5.6-liter V8 that jumps to 420 ponies. An all-wheel-drive configuration will also be available alongside the basic rear-wheel-drive packages.
The QX80 will feature revised exterior and interior trim, while a new “ultra-luxury” QX80 Limited model brings special leather soft-touch and seating surfaces, open-pore wood trim and dark-accent trim on the exterior, among other features.
Both models will be formally unveiled on Thursday.
