Buyers will have to pony up $15,900 (including freight) for the latest model year, marking a modest $200 increase over the 2014 edition. Higher trim levels have been adjusted similarly, up to $400 extra depending on the particular package.
The range-topping Exclaim now offers an optional Umber Color Package, featuring premium Nappa leather seating surfaces and door armrest accents. On the outside, it is differentiated by gloss-black wheel inserts and Fathom Blue or Cloud White body color.
Opting for the Umber add-ons costs an extra $900, and brings the fully-loaded cost up to $27,000. The other trim levels remain unchanged, including the base model and the midrange Plus build.
Powertrain options remain unchanged, providing a choice between a 1.6-liter engine and a larger 2.0-liter mill. The former delivers 130 horsepower and 118 lb-ft of torque via a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. The latter produces 160 ponies and 151 lb-ft of torque, without an option for a manual gearbox.
The 2015 Soul will begin arriving at showrooms later this year.
